Deposits & Custom Orders
A 50% deposit is required to confirm and begin any custom order. Because every memorial is cut and engraved specifically for your family, it cannot be resold to another customer — the deposit secures the materials and work once you're ready to proceed. The remaining balance is due before delivery and installation.
Changes, Mistakes & Errors
Changes to wording, layout or design are free of charge any time before cutting or engraving begins. We're always open to discussing new requirements even once engraving is already underway — message us and we'll do our best to accommodate the change within our custom design capabilities, though changes at this stage may not always be possible.
If you notice an error on your memorial once delivered, please report it to us in writing (WhatsApp or email) as soon as possible, together with photos, so we can investigate and put it right.
Delivery & Inspection
When your memorial is delivered, please inspect it before it's signed off as received. If you notice any damage, let us know immediately so we can resolve it — we'll work with you to put things right at no extra cost where the damage occurred in our care.
Site & Installation Responsibility
Most of our memorials are installed on family homesteads rather than in formal cemeteries. Where a memorial is destined for a cemetery, it's the purchaser's responsibility to confirm any site requirements, regulations or fees directly with the cemetery — these are not included in our pricing and are outside our control.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel after paying your deposit but before cutting or engraving has started, we will refund your deposit less a 10% handling fee.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, or your situation doesn't fit neatly into the above, please reach out directly — we'll talk it through with you personally rather than applying a policy rigidly.
