Delivery & Installation

Last updated: August 2026

How delivery works

Every memorial is different in size, weight and destination, so delivery and installation is arranged individually with you as part of your quote — there are no fixed courier tiers or automatic charges added on afterwards. Delivery and installation is included in your quoted price, not billed separately.

Delivery area

We proudly serve Lusikisiki, Port St Johns, Flagstaff and surrounding areas. If your site is further afield, message us — we're happy to discuss whether delivery is feasible and what that would involve.

Timing

Where possible, we work to align delivery and installation with your family's unveiling date or other important timing. Let us know your target date as early as you can so we can plan around it.

Inspecting on delivery

Please inspect your memorial once it's delivered and installed. If you notice any damage or an issue with the work, let us know immediately so we can put it right. Full detail on this is covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including our note on natural variation in granite.

Site readiness

Where a memorial is destined for a formal cemetery rather than a family homestead, it's the purchaser's responsibility to confirm site requirements, regulations or fees directly with the cemetery — these sit outside our pricing and control. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for more on this.

Questions

Delivery logistics can vary a lot from one family to the next — if you're unsure how this would work for your situation, just ask. We'd rather talk it through with you directly than leave you guessing.
